WOW. We ordered our cover on Monday and it was at my door Friday afternoon. The customer service was excellent. They even called us to confirm the dimension of our tub before they made it! The finish is high quality, the price was awesome and we are very pleased. We will be passing Buy Factory Directs name on to all out friends.
