STEP 2 - SELECT SKIRT LENGTH

Your skirt length is the flap of material that hangs from the bottom of your cover to hide the acrylic portion of your Hot Tub. This measurement is to your preference; generally you want the skirt to cover your acrylic top.

STEP 3 - SELECT TIE DOWN & HANDLES

The standard position for our tie downs are 16" from the sides of the cover. If you would like tie downs in a specific location to match existing tie down that you may have, please specify below.

*NOTE* any size over 96" is subject to extra charges & may require extra tie downs, please phone in if this is the case.

STEP 4 - SELECT COLOR

STEP 5 - SELECT FOLD DIRECTION

When providing us with dimensions for sides A and B, make sure that measurements are to the outside of you Hot Tubs acrylic top. We always cut dimension "A" in half, please double check the measurements you have input before proceeding to the next step. If your cover has the same length and width (square). The fold direction does not affect the way the cover looks.

STEP 6 - ADDITIONAL UPGRADE

These are upgrades we offer that will greatly increase the efficiency of your new Hot Tub cover.

Full Pillow Upgrade: Select pillow Type (Hinge Seal) A full pillow upgrade gives a complete seal along the hinge providing better heat retention, compared to the standard which gives you two pillows at the end of your hinge to prevent heat from escaping through the sides.

Polysheet Wrap: Double wrap (Water Absorption Protection) The double wrap upgrade is an extra thick layer of plastic that we vacuum seal around the foam insulation. This compared to the standard wrap gives additional protection from any rough handling and regular wear and tear over time.
