We utilize leading Canadian courier services for shipping. Prior to placing your order, please contact us to verify any potential transportation surcharges that may apply to your shipping address. If any charges are applicable, they will need to be covered by the customer; otherwise, the order will be canceled.

Our current production time spans 6-8 weeks. Feel free to call us to confirm the expected delivery turnaround time before placing your order. Orders received after business hours on Friday, during the weekend, or on statutory holidays will be processed for production on the following business day.

Please note that we are unable to ship to the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon due to limitations within our courier network. Additionally, our couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes due to the large and bulky nature of the cover package. To ensure a smooth delivery process, our covers are shipped as “No Signature Required.” If you have specific delivery instructions, kindly provide them to us, and we will do our best to relay the message to the courier. Rest assured, all covers undergo careful packing and inspection before being shipped out. Our courier delivers Monday to Friday during standard business hours, excluding statutory holidays.
