Just have to say thanks. We are not regular online shopper’s so when pricing covers we had a huge variety to chose from. After much research we went with Buy Factory Direct and crossed our fingers. Ordered on Sept 9th, cover arrived September 26th. It’s a perfect fit far better than our previous replacement and maybe even the original. We are very please with our experience and will definitely be recommending them to all our friends.

Their communication on the status of the order and the actual delivery was 100%. I checked our local Spa Store before I placed the order on line and was quoted $297.00 more for the same spec cover. I just received my cover(just 6 days for delevery from Ont. to Nova Scotia. Very impressed with the cover, it fits better that the original one. Very good communication. The shipping cardboard box was damaged but the cover was saves by the great packaging.
